Please follow the steps below to purchase land from the Emerald Development.
- Fill out an application form. You can obtain an application form in the downloads section of the site.
- After receipt of the application form by the National Insurance Corporation, an offer letter is prepared which allows the purchaser two weeks to put his/her finances together and an additional month from the date of acceptance to conclude
- It's a first come first serve basis
- For purchasers residing overseas you need to grant someone power of attornery to conduct business on your behalf if you are unable to appear in person.
