In light of the pandemic, many businesses were not operational. As a result, employers are reminded to submit a Cessation of Employment form (Form COE 1) for the months where there was no employment or a Closure of Business form (Form COB 2) where businesses ceased operations.
Employers are also reminded to submit all Form C3 for periods where employment existed. This is to ensure that employees are covered under the National Insurance Act and Regulations.
